Candi Pari

History
Talang Mamak tribe represents one of original ethnic groups of Indragiri Hulu District (formerly Indragiri District), Riau Province, Indonesia. There are two opinions regarding where Talang Mamak people came from. According to a former Indragiri Assistant Resident, they came from Pagaruyung Kingdom of West Sumatra. They moved from that region due to tradition and belief conflicts.
